Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been conducted.

3. Online Courses & Webinars

• If a user cancels enrollment within 48 hours of payment, a full refund may be granted.
• No refunds are issued after accessing course materials.
